massive structure obtained from the total restoration
of the hunting lodge of the
Castello di Proceno. Situated on a hilltop
in an area dear to the Etruscans, vestiges of their
culture are still to be found in the neighboring towns.
2.5 kms from the house is a hamlet with basic food shop
and restaurant. |

Casciano dei Bagni with all shops and facilities is
10 kms, Acquapendente is 15 kms, Proceno is 17 kms,
Chiusi and its Etruscan museum is 25 kms, Pienza is
35 kms, Siena is 80 kms, Firenze is 120 kms and Rome
is 140 kms. |

The property is surrounded by 2 hectares of partially fenced-in grounds and is reached by 2.5 kms of dirt track .The grounds offer a private 6 x 12 meter swimming pool and a covered car park. The house is impeccably furnished and offers a series of amenities. The WCs are of the modern variety that includes bidets.

The bathrooms have hair dryers, and there are 5 combination
safes for guest use in the house. The house has
central heating and gas is payable on consumption
during the heating season, together with firewood. |
There
is a washing machine in the boiler room to which
the maid will give guests access as needed.
The house has two maids who cleans twice weekly
for two hours each time and cost € 75 per week.
Dinners and lunch can be provided on request.
We accept dogs, but this will cost € 40 per dog
per week. |
