Welcome to "Il Giulione"

The house has several entrances. The main entrance is from the side of the house through a hall with vaulted ceiling. From this hall a flight of stairs leads up to the first floor.
To the right of the hall is the door to a separate apartment. Entrance is into the study with double sofa bed. A hall leads from the study to a complete bathroom with shower stall and to a dining room with kitchen corner that is fully equipped with gas range, microwave and fridge. A door in the dining room opens outside. To the left of the entrance hall is the door to the spacious 70-sqm open plan living/dining room with large fireplace. A series of arches divides this room into living and dining areas and in the middle is a panoramic glass door opening out onto the front of the house with a beautiful view.
A door in the dining room opens into a hallway with door on the right to a complete bathroom with shower (this bathroom was designed to accommodate guests in wheelchairs). To the left of the hallway is a door to the spacious outside paved and covered portico with fireplace, barbecue and large dining table.
At the end of the hallway is the kitchen proper that is fully equipped with gas range, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Through an open archway in the kitchen is a breakfast room. There is a door in the kitchen to the garden.
At the top of the stairs that lead up from the entrance hall to the first floor is a landing with door on the left to a double bedroom. A door in this bedroom opens into a short hallway with door to a complete bathroom with shower stall. Another door in the hallway opens into a study with stairs leading up to an open twin bedded room under the roof: this room is ideal for children. A door in the study opens onto a corridor that circles around the staircase and leads back to the initial first floor landing.
Again from this landing and to the right, a corridor leads to a living room with open-hearth fireplace. To the left of the living room is the door to a double bedroom with complete ensuite bathroom divided on two levels: the upper level, reached by a few steps, hosts a washbasin and bathtub, while the lower level is accessed from a walk-in wardrobe and hosts a washbasin and WC. To the right of the sitting room is the door to a spacious twin-bedded room with beds that can be joined together on request. This bedroom has its own complete ensuite bathroom with shower stall. A door in this bedroom opens back into the corridor. At the end of the corridor is the door to a double bedroom with minibar and complete ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
